This 3-day private safari takes you to two of Tanzania’s most famous and diverse national parks: Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Tour Plan
Your safari begins with a drive to Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. Upon arrival, you'll head straight into the park for your first game drive, where you’ll explore the vast grasslands and savannahs. Serengeti is home to the "Big Five" (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos), as well as cheetahs, giraffes, and a variety of antelope species. Depending on the time of year, you may also be fortunate enough to witness the wildebeest migration, where millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles move across the plains in search of water and grazing. After a day of wildlife sightings, you’ll stay overnight in a lodge or tented camp within the park, ready for more exploration the next day.
On the second day, you will have a full day to explore Serengeti, with the option to enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives. The park is divided into different areas, each with its own wildlife characteristics, so your guide will take you to a variety of locations, from the grasslands to riverine areas, giving you the best opportunities for animal sightings. During your game drives, you may spot lions resting in the shade, cheetahs on the hunt, and herds of wildebeest grazing. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch in the park before continuing your safari in the afternoon.
On the final day, you’ll leave Serengeti and head to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best places in the world to see wildlife. The crater, a large volcanic caldera, is home to an incredible concentration of animals. As you descend into the crater, you’ll encounter a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, and the rare black rhino. The crater’s diverse landscapes, including grasslands, salt flats, and freshwater lakes, provide the perfect environment for a rich array of animals. After a full day of game viewing, you’ll return to your accommodation, marking the end of your safari experience
