Clothing
- Base Layers: Moisture-wicking thermal tops and bottoms.
- Insulating Layer: Fleece or down jacket for warmth.
- Outer Layer: Waterproof and windproof jacket and pants.
- Trekking Pants & Shirts: Lightweight, quick-drying materials.
- Gloves & Hat: For warmth at high altitudes.
- Gaiters: Useful for muddy or snowy trails.
Footwear
- Trekking Boots: Well-fitted, waterproof, and broken-in.
- Camp Shoes: Lightweight shoes or sandals for resting at camp.
